  1. Kes,

I think you have two different ways to work from home confused a bit.  Home jobs are the same as a traditional job.  In which if you qualify for the position, the employer likes you above the rest of the applicants then they hire you.  You don't pay fees or anything like that.  Places you pay into your right, they are not "jobs" what it sounds like your refering to is home based business opportunities.  Having a home based business there are things in which you have to pay for, as with any traditional business.  It's just that home based businesses cost less to start (most under $500) but you have the same income opportunity as a tradtional job, less over head expenses as well.  So there is quite a bit of differece.  home jobs you get paid an hourly rate, with w2.  Home based businesses you make what you want to and are 1099'd at the end of the year, if you've collaborated with a company, or you do the normal tax thing if your the sole owner.

I don't know what your qualifications are, work history or what have you not, so the best I can do is refer you over to this article that is primarily for information on home jobs, and a couple places in which if you qualify for the position you can apply for the job.  It also has information on home based businesses.  But if you are not in the position to invest money into a business, then you need to look at the home job section and hopefully you qualify for the positions that the companies have available.  Good luck!
