I have two thoughts on your question.

First, asking for a list of 80 items and their definitions is almost never going to get you the answer you want on here, especially if it's obvious that somebody would be doing your homework for you.

Second, I doubt there are "at least" 80 branches of biology, unless one were to get super picky / divisive about what constitutes a branch of biology. In my Biological Sciences department, we have many fewer main groupings than that:

Cell Biology

Molecular Biology

Biochemistry

Microbiology

Genetics

Evolutionary Biology

Botany

Ecology

Physiology

Zoology

Of course there are others, including:

Neurology

Evolutionary Ecology

Behavioural Ecology

Evolutionary Developmental Biology

Take it from there -- time to pick up a book or type terms into Google! :)
