  1. 'Indefinite' sounds worryingly vague.  Does he qualify for early release for 'good behaviour'  and/or appearing to be a remorseful, reformed character (after psychiatric treatment ?

I would have thought a 30 year definite prison term more appropriate - despite special protection given to such purveyors of child abuse material, he'll have a rotten time in prison ; someone will get at him at some stage and he shouldn't ever qualify for the bleeding heart brigade to plead excuses for early release.

If nothing else, it would be a deterrent to others.  Castration would be even better.

  2. They should be kept in laboratory's and experimented on it will save the poor animals that suffer now.

  3. Indefinite means anything.

There will be any amount of ''freedom fighters for civil liberties'' taking up the case now.

The Judge should have given a minimum tariff.

Give it 3 years and the scum will be out on licence, we won't be informed of course.

  4. Wow at last some justice.I'd prefer them to be fed to lions. But that's good enough.

  5. I agree with your theory on the Lobotomy and finally a judge with a little bit of common sense.

  6. all nonses should be given a mandatory life sentence.

the child will probably suffer a life sentence

    so should the nonse

    failing that

    shoot the f*****s

  7. Use them as organ doners then let the families of any kids they have abused have a couple of hours alone with him.

  8. ditto to number one answerer

  9. I must agree with Jamand, Busy and Filya.

  10. NO - I think they should all be hung or shot - they do not change so why waste taxpayers money keeping them alive and in luxury

EXTRA INFO - So the thumbs downers that have got out of bed support Paedos do they - wow - you all must make your mothers so proud.

  11. Absolutely.  They can't be cured.  You see so often in the news that when a child has been raped or abused and they catch the perv that it isn't his first offence.  They will re-offend, guaranteed.

  12. I beleive Peds should be hung up by their testes and than shot.

If Obama says its a nice sunny day

    take an umbrella

  13. No doubt he will appeal under European Human Rights and get a determined sentence, the law is a joke!

  14. yes but 3 years & 9 months this pervert could be released depending on assurances to MAPPA, if they monitor him to a strict standard.

As Paedos usually have an above average IQ & renowned for manipulating those around them.

Convincingly lying through their teeth about how much the regret their crimes & how they regret the pain they've caused their victim ( s )

But ONLY so they can be released enabling them can continue abusing more innocent children.

So yes the Judge is almost right.

but INDEFINITE should mean to NEVER be released.

    Never.

    Perverts cannot be cured.

Only Put Out Of Their Misery.

  15. Yes I agree 110% with the judge, lock them away and lose the key.

  16. It's about time a judge was in touch with reallity !

  17. LIFE every time, even for first time offenders.

It is most unlikely that these perverts have been caught on the first time, but I don't really care, life and life meaning 99 years with no hope of parole!

  18. what is a indefinite prison term?
