Question:

At my volleyball tryouts i pulled my shoulder out of place when i was spiking the ball.....?

It went right back into place but its 4 days later and i can only lift it foward and up. I cant move it backwards or it feels like something is being pinched. And sometimes when im just walking it will kind of slip, not out, but like stretch. What can i do to help that.

  1. Not something you want to take lightly, go see a doctor. Good chance you stretched a ligament and it needs to be treated.


  2. take it easy at practice or streach it so it is used to it.. if you test your arm out alot ir will heal rapidly!

  3. strech it before practice, ice it, maybe use a sling for a week or so and see how it feels, maybe go see a doctor if it gets worse or doesnt improve
