At night around near midnight kept shutting off like 3 nites in a row. It was off like 4 to 12 min... details?

and then....well, the 1st two nites it was just about 4 to 5 mins. the third nite was more than 15 mins. But, heres the thing. Only the 1st floors lights were shut off. the chandelier was still on, the 2nd floor of my house lights were on the whole time the 1st floors lights were on. Do you you think its ghosts that did it? Tonight, like just 5 minutes ago my shelf type of thing, fell down to the ground. the shelf thing was very much so securely on the nail, the back of it has a heavy string, and there were glass type of items on the 2 shelves. It fell when I was sitting down in my chair watching television. I checked it and looked at the shelf and the items, none of the glass items were shattered or broken. the whole shelf with everything on it fell about 6 feet. Okay, i checked and looked at the shelf at the back of it, the string wasnt broken or anything, it was strong and still intact. The shelf thing was very securely attached to the nail on the wall. Is it ghosts that caused this

Hello,,does not sound like any kind of ghost activity to me. You need to investigate the wiring,,if you have too much on one circuit,,a/c,,frig,lights,TV,there are bunches of things that cause lights to flicker or fail,any storm activity within 50 miles?,doesn't take much to mess with lights!!The shelf thing??maybe you just bumped into the wall when you jumped into your chair,,perhaps secure means something different to you,,a nail,with a string?double check that nail hole,maybe it's been in and out so many times it's like a whisper could make it drop. You need to quit watching those stupid ghost stories on TV,,oooooooooh,scary!!!!,,BS!!,if you notice any drop in air temp. in your house,make sure there ain't a storm in your backyard or down the road a bit, rumble of thunder could knock that shelf off the wall too,,relax,,if you see that ghost,,ask for the winning lottery numbers to next weeks powerball. Make something useful out of the memory,,the ghost that gave you the numbers!!!!sounds like next weeks T.A.P.S,,have fun and chill out.

is sounds to me that there is a entity apart from you or who else lives in your house. now do not be to worried for it has not thrown things at you or harmed you in anyway. it is just saying hello i am here. there a few things to do be opened minded from this point on(even while reading this) find a good physic medium if possible, it could be a person you know who has died and is trying to tell you something.  or maybe it is a person who used to live there and doesnt like your decisions on decoration etc. and is expressing it to you. i have had this when moving into a house things thrown across the room. i with the most confident assertive and caring voice said out loud YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE HEAR ANY MORE LEAVE THIS PLACE.  and we never had anymore occurences (not all entity's are the same). try it though maybe add that you will look after the house etc.  do not fear it in time it will find peace and leave you be.
