very hypothetical question. We humans are born to be focusing on " I" and thats how we attain to be called a human being. hence what you are calling selfishism or selfish is what we are trying to attain.

If a person admires clever lies, or wants to learn how to improve their own lying, the sapness lessens the selfishism and the person sinks into it. It's all a matter of perspective as to whether you want to sink into selfishism, or you like, or dislike, sapness.

Selfishness as defined by most dictionaries says that it is first the simple interest in one's own affairs. There is no judgment on that as being moral or immoral. But to understand that it is moral to be concerned with one's own affairs puts a new light on it.

Rational egoism does not dictate that one must walk over graves and push innocent people to the side to get to one's goals. It means the opposite: that to get to one's goals, one must recognize that everyone has sovereignty over him/herself, and therefore one cannot usurp another person's rights.

Selfishness is what everyone is born with n its necessary to some extent, when man realises that too much of it can do no good, he tries to control selfishness but hey !! its required to live and to understand life, afterall why ur mother took care of you n not a guy on the road, y ur dad bought the bicycle for you n not for someone else, its all required n is an integral part of life not only human life but life in general, so be selfish because a selfish man is a real man n other wise he is ideal which does not exist.
