Now i want to know whether my visa will be cancelled autmatically? can i go with some other company in uae?

no yr visa is not automatically cancelled. yr employer will have had to list u as absconded so that he can get someone else in yr place as they are only allowed a certain number of employees on their sponsorship. u need to send yr passport (and labour card if u have it) to yr sponsor so that they can cancel it u can then apply for a new visa to go to dubai or anywhere in the UAE.

Your visa is not valid no more but not cancelled. For cancellation you will have to send your passport to your former employer. Please be aware that you will receive a six months work ban automatically. With a 6 months ban you only can take employment at the Free Zone.

Not knowing if you resigned or just disappeared, make sure you did not get reported as absconded. In this case you'll be banned to come back.

Just get in touch with your former employer and find an amicable solution.

You have to transfer your visa.  If your visa is open then you can go to any company.   If you are having your visa from company from witch you left.  they will never take you back.  there is might be other person working on your place.

First go you go there make sure.  May be your visa is already cancel by your company and informed to the airport immigration.
