At resturants do you think the cooks or the waiters care what happens to the food? Like seriously do you think they take the extra step to clean out used pans..or dirty plates?..how bout if they just feel like using there dirty hands or if something falls on the floor...since the cooks dont care and they make so much food a day...what difference would it make...any cooks here? Do you guys really care what happens to the food?

  1. of course they care

I mean, i don't know about a place like McDonalds, but nice restaurants take pride in what they do.

Good cooks go through so much to get where they are, the food they make is like an art to them that they take pride in.

Plus, their restaurant would get closed if they resorted to using dirty plates because they were too lazy to wash them.

  2. seriously, no one would eat out if they watched what went on in the kitchen

it's like eating meat, do you really want to know how it's killed and perpared?  most would say NO.

  3. As a restaurant person myself, I have seen the cooks be so proud of the items they prepare, that they would not risk putting any customer at any risk.  I've never seen anyone, front or back, use anything that has been on the floor.

Servers, in my opinion, do not wash their hands enough. Especially smokers.

  4. dipends what kind of restaurant are you going to eat!!   try here http://carmineristoranteitaliano.dgte.ph

  5. Read Anthony Bourdain's Kitchen Confidential.

  6. i think in a lot of resturant they do care (not all of them especially the cheap ones), but its always good not to  think about it when you go out and try to have a good time.....
