At&t Cable -- Sound?

This morning i turned on the TV and the sound doesn't turn on... i muted and unmuted proving that it was NOT the mute button... so do you guys know how to get the sound back on my at&t cable TV?

It could be that the sound cable (white or red) connecting the box to your TV has been disconnected either from the box or from the TV. Also, there are volume controls on both your TV and your cable box. If either one is turned down or muted, you won't have sound.
