and i want to know if i am covered for sending pictures that i took or that are in my phone THIS IS WHAT THE AT&T MESSAGING FAQS ARE FOR THE PLAN

Yes, that plan covers your pictures messages.  It also covers plain text messages, and you can send audio and video files from your phone as well.
