my phone wont work. i tried to turn it on and it said battery low, so i plugged it in and turned it on again, and my simcard has a security code on it, it asks for the code when i turn the phone on, the code isn't the problem, i know the code but it wont let me type it, the buttons on the phone don't work. so i took my friends simcard and put it in my phone and it worked but when it got service and everything loaded it wouldn't let me do anything, the buttons wouldn't work.

I'm not sure why it wont work. i thought it was because i slept with the phone in my shirt, but i don't think so.

help please!

  2. I personally can't help you with the problem. Bring it back to AT&T, and tell them what your problem is. Your phone should have a warranty, as every phone comes with one, and the least they'll do is get it fixed for you. Or if they're nice, they will give you a brand new phone. But that's not likely. It depends if AT&T replaces broken phones with new ones. But they should send it off to get it fixed.
