At&t multimedia messaging not working - please help!?

multimedia messaging has been working on my phone ever since i got it, and all of the sudden whenever i send or recieve them it says 'network not available'. when they are sent to me it doesn't even give me a link to view online it just gives me like stats but no attatchment.

it's REALLY annoying me so if anyone knows whats wrong or if this happened to them PLEASE let me know.

  1. Go to AT&T's web site and click the support tab. Then go to the tutorials and select your phone. Go to tutorials and select category picture messaging. Select receive/send tutorial and scroll all the way down to the bottom of where it says "if unable to send/receive MMS" and do those trouble shooting steps. See if your problem gets solved. If not, then contact customer care because provisioning of MMS may be wrong on your account.


  2. if it has been like this since you purchased it you should have told the store. hopefully you are still under the grace period that allows you to return it. if not have them reset the phone or you might have to send the phone off to the manufacturer and file a warranty claim.//////////////////GO TO WWW.PHONESCOOP.COM ON ANY CELL PHONE INQUIRIES YOU MIGHT HAVE.   3. It probably isnt the phone. You need to either stop by a store and let them know or call customer care (611 from your cell phone) They need to make sure your account is provisioned for messaging correctly. If you're text messaging works and not you're multimedia, they probably need to add internet pay per use on there. If its already on there, let them fix it! Thats their job :)
