At&t phone && Tmobile phone- unlock codes ?

does anybody know the unlock code for this phone

i cant find any websites that have unlock codes for free, they all cost like 20$ a code and i don't have any money to waste on that.

i have an at&t simcard and i want to put it in the nokia phone from tmobile but i need to code.

if you have the code or know of a website that gives you the code for free then please help
