At&t phone to verizon services?

ok i have verizon wireless as my service and the phone i have through them i dont like and i dont have the money for a new one but i have an at&t phone will verizon take that phone

Cell providers will only permit their own phones to be used on their networks. For example, the iPhone (AT&T) does not work with Verizon.

you can not use AT&T phones on verizon, AT&T uses sim card, verizon doesn't!!!!!
