According to the specs if you do not need internal gps the experia is better

better screen resolution

more onboard memory

faster processor

smaller and lighter.

The tilt doesn,t have the 6.1 upgrade yet but it should by the time they release the experia in september

As far as quality sony and htc build good products

But i haven't seen the price yet to see how  it is compared to the tilt.

Hopefully the experia is released then but the release dates have been known to change
