Do I pay the tip with the bill or put the tip on the table at the Blue Bayou. Do you pay your bill at the table or is there a cash register podium to go to?

Pay your bill only...also if you do the "Monte Christo" sandwich be sure to order it w/out the powdered sugar. You'll thank me for this later, believe me....

even if the tip is included you still dont have to pay it...if you really dont think they deserve a tip talk to the manager and they will take it of...just to let you know but as to your question i dont know :)
