you bet ye there will be, many of them.

Since China is hosting it, "yes". But you have to keep in mind, that China does not give it's citizens the freedoms that other Civilized Nations do.

I do not believe that China will attempt to control any citizens of other Nations, it will most likely be only they're own people that are being controlled.
