At the age of 15, is it suitable for me to keep a beard and follow this respectable Sunnah?

yes. at the age of 14 a guy becomes baaligh (mature) so its ok for u as long as u don't have any exterior pressures or anythin of that sort

You can have a beard yes. BUT there is no need for you to grow it long and flowing. I dont really see much reason behind doing it . My dear freind dont just get too entwined in the nitty gritty.
