At the casino game floor, overall how many positions are there? such as dealer, pit manager...etc?

if wanted to open a casino, normally we needed what position at the game floor? besides that, what others department need to be there for support purpose.

is there any website or source for reference?

You need the dealer, the supervisor, the pit boss, the floor/door security, camera security (both for patrons and for watching for any cheating). Then above that its, management, marketing and what not.

Depending on the scale and clientelle your going for. You might need a hostess for your high rollers, a high rollers department, someone to organise and take care of your regular comps and junkets, etc etc...

You could probably get hold of a casino consultant for more detailed organisation and procedure planning. There may also be regulatory requirements in your district.
