maybe after a few years

the thing is there are going to be plenty of people who have better numbers, and also who were more consistent

Carter's problem is that at some points in his career he was a pass rush demon (1999 obviously)

and yet at other points he was ineffective as a pass rusher (2001)

based on those stats there is a chance he goes into th HOF but maybe not on the 1st ballot
