  1. Here's the scene on youtube

You see the man in the coma that Xavier was talking about earlier, and the lady doctor is there.  You just here the man say "Hello Moira" in Xavier's voice, indicating that Xavier has transferred into the guy's body.

  2. I don't recall what he says, but the point of that scene is to show that he isn't really dead; instead he moved his consciousness to the mindwiped patient that Dr. MacTaggart was watching.

  3. As alluded earlier in the movie (because it was pointless otherwise for them to have Xavier talk about it), he transferred into the body of of a patient of Xavier's friend, Dr. Moira MacTaggert.  Xavier says  Moira's name (her first name).  I guess it was in Xavier's voice, or it could have been the raspy voice of a soulless/mindless body that has never spoken.  Just re-watch the film and Xavier actually talks about the mindless body with a class of his, I think just before Scott is killed by The Dark Phoenix (or as he is killed), I don't remember exactly but I think he even mentions the name given to the body.
