At the most...I have $500. to spend on a blue ray disk player. What would you recommend?

I have heard that Playstation 3 is a pretty good blue-ray option for about $400. Any others?

PS3 all the way, you get two for the price of one.

Game console & BR player, just get a remote for the PS3 and you are done

Get the PS3 trust me it is sweeeet  just make sure u have got a TV tht can use this to its full potential.

PS3 is by the best choice if you want a cheap blu ray player. It works just as well as a 1,000 blu ray player and it is a game system as well so you really cannot go wrong there. I would still recommend a 360 for playing games, but for movies go with the ps3 and it's blu ray player.
