At this point and time, are there any good stocks wich prices are low that will be expected to rise soon?

I try to follow value investing rules by Mr. Buffet. Some good stocks with low prices are:

Emvelco Corp (NASD: EMVL)

Exterra Energy (EENR.OB)

That's the same question every investor and trader tries to answer every day, and you can still find lots of them who are willing to argue about it.

Investing well requires a lot of work and a lot of intention. Right now, there's a lot of tension in the markets as oil related issues appear to be topping and financials seem to be bottoming. -- so a concensus answer would probably be in the financials... although there could be significant pain still ahead in them for the short term.

The stock market always rises. Every few years it goes down for awhile then after that it rises higher than it was before.
