At this point in CM Punk's title reign, would it be that bad if JBL won the belt ?

At least with a heel champ, this would be better to watch a face chase after it rather then continue with a paper champ.

but since he does have it now, they need to give him at list 2 or 3 pinfalls or submission victories

also JBL is a bad wrestler, people call him a great wrestler, but no, he is a great brawler.

i would love to see him drop the title to Y2J thoug, maybe Cena/JBL/Batista/Orton/Punk can have a a fued in the near future, while Y2J has a fued with the heart break kid Shawn Michaels

Someone had a question earlier about how only the "smarks" complain.  To some of these answers I'd like to point out that the "Great John Cena" was in the WWE for LESS time than Punk before winning a WORLD title.  At least Punk was wrestling for 10 years prior to coming to the WWE, while Cena came straight from OVW.  Fans can complain, but "smarks" can't?  I'm just saying.

Anyway, I think the whole point of the paper champ thing was to give CM Punk underdog status.  It would have helped him a lot more to get a couple of clean wins sooner, but if he beats anyone of consequence; Jericho, Kane, etc., then he kills their momentum.  The WWE decided to push too many people at once and Punk is paying for it unfortunately.

I think they'll give him a couple of clean wins before they take the title off of him, or either he's turning heel real soon.  But if the best heel on Raw (JBL) can't get Punk over as a big face, then he's in for a rough ride.  But then again, the WWE might continue to force Punk down everyone's throats until you hate him or love him, like they did with Cena.  Only time will tell.

How is CM Punk a paper champ?

Seriously I don't get this. He's a hard worker in the ring, a great wrestler, has bags of charisma and mic skills that has yet to be exploited by the WWE, and is straight-edge. I don't get what people have against him.

Another added bonus, he's young. JBL should not be main eventing PPV's, period. JBL should be feuding with mid-carders like Kofi Kingston to help them become future stars, rather than hogging the spotlight. He's out of shape, injury prone, and sucks in the ring. If the WWE need a heel champion, Chris Jericho or a returning Randy Orton should get the title.

in my though, i feel that JBL wining the title will be that bad, so let's hope punk retains at summerslam, i will perfer that jericho will be the one to face punk for the world title and end his title reign, as for as face chasing for the title...it is true that is's more interesting...to see that....ppl tends to like face chasing for the title....let's hope kjericho have what it takes to win the title...as for jbl..he stands no chances...
