  1. All feelings are floating movements but may create great havoc.Try to feel the feeling, but not so easy as the saying goes.We got absorbed in cultivating habits. Is it possible to explore what cultivation is?That very digging make you learn.

  2. smoke marijuana.

it is a downer and can calm you quite easily.

  3. it depends on the situation- more often than not, you get irritated by external things- people cutting in line, annoying voice-tones, someone that asks you to repeat.  all minimal things.  but mega when you add up.  use your 'fight or flight' instinct.  is it worth the hassle of the energy you use getting fed up, or is it just something in you you aren't dealing with, and you're taking it out on other people?

more than likely, the second, which i'm guilty of nearly daily.  outside people have nothing to do with you, usually, but everyone gets pissed off or upset when they're around people who they don't care about or don't know.  it's easy to be irritated by nonsense, but it's also easy not to take it on.  they don't know you, or care about you.

nor you them.  let it go.

however, if it's people close to you, then you need to figure out why.  it could be a topical 'toothpaste cap left off' or hurtful- identify it.

many times, to my (personal) shock, the annoying things were missed when the person was gone, or erased when i spoke about it.

depends on the situation, but good luck.

  4. This is quite a common problem among people today. It will probably change with age and you may become more tolerant, or it will get worse. There is no guarantee...

But I can honestly recommend ONE solution that WILL not only help you, but will completely change your life. And this IS guaranteed!

Find out about Transcendental Meditation (TM), learn to meditate the TM way, and get control over your emotions. You know, it is ALL IN THE MIND...

  5. I am the same. I am still struggling to figure out how to calm myself down. As I've gotten older it's going away. Maybe it's one of those things that changes through the years. I hope. Good luck. =]
