At uni, or school, do we integrate school and home notes or do we write them separately on our notebooks?

I write them separately in the same notebook.

It's up to the student. It depends on how they learn the best. When I was in public school I always integrated notes. Usually I would get permission from some of my teachers to keep a running tape recorder in my lap or in an open pocket of my backpack durring lessons. I would take what notes I could, then go home, listen to the tape, study the materials, and add to my notes. It's all about what works best for you.
