  1. The snowline on Mount Kilimanjaro, which is on the equator, is at 15,000 feet, so above this altitude there will always be snow. Further from the equator, the snow line will be lower.


  2. there is no specific answer. this depends on the distance from the equater you are. The reson there is a snow line is because as you go higher the air becomes less and less dense causing the temperature to drop. once the temperature is low enough it will snow.

  3. No such altitude exists. Even if you were flying in a plane at 50,000 feet, you wouldn't always find snow.
