Thanks for the answers so far. To add a bit more detail, I'm 23 and 110 lbs. I figured I still had a few years left, but felt kind of old wandering around the section the other day.

  1. It really depends on what sizes you take rather than age.  Maybe you still fit into the juniors section clothes in some stores, but you fit into adult clothes at others.  So age really isn't a factor sometimes.  I have a similar problem.

  2. 25

  3. I don't think age... more like size. I still shop in children's section and I'm 13.

  4. I think it better depends on your personal style, and the fit. If the clothes fit you better than wear them. Women's sizes are more conservative, looser fits, different patterns, less "trendy". Usually more expensive too.

Junior clothes are usually made with cheaper fabrics and tighter and shorter fits.

Personally, I'm 24, and I still wear juniors. But I wouldn't be caught dead in like a gaudy floral print, or something that looks like a 16 year old would wear. Also, women's sizes don't fit me as well.

So instead of worrying about age, worry about the fit.

If you have a more generous figure, including hips and b*****s I would say try out the women's sizes as they are usually more flattering.

If you are afraid Junior's clothes make you look too young, then you can always upgrade your look while still mixing and matching juniors and women's to accommodate your personal style.
