  1. I would say that it should be the same or close to the law that they have in Texas which is none but they must wear a helmet, try this site and it may help you...........

  2. In the UK, the child must wear an approved safety helmet and be seated with both feet on the footpegs, there is no age restriction as such for a pillion passenger.
