  1. They shouldn't because there are already an abundance of rabbits and other animals in shelters who need homes.  Please be responsible and do not breed your pets.

  2. Well, that depends. If you plan to becoem a RESPONSIBLE breeder, who will take good care of, and not disown or, abandon the buns, then you could breed at 5-6 months. But if you just want to go through the experiance of having baby bunnies, then giving them up, then never, there are so many pets that need good homes in shelters. Instead of having baby rabbits, try fostering or adopting a couple more buns, for the next 4-5 months, and see how it goes, if it's harder than you think taking care of bunnies, don't breed.

    I plan to raise, breed, sell{Not for market}

    As for the bunnies that don't find a home, they will be kept, untill their old enough to breed, then the males will be sepperated, and the best 2 rabbits will be kept the others will be for sale again, if they still don't sell, they stay as pets,

    If I was to becoem a big time breeder I would breed widely wanted rabbits such as lionheads, Netherlands, Dutchs, Hollands, and then the rare bunnies, hotots, and Dwarf hotots. There seems to be many Californian bunnies, and they might not find homes, so you may becoem stuck with them.

    I wouldn't reccomend breeding untill you learn your facs.

  3. Please don't breed http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/r...

  4. Never! There are already millions of rabbits who need homes, we don't need anymore!
