I am almost 14 years old and I DON'T want to live with my dad anymore..when can I choose that?

  1. your so young you have to wait till your eighteen!


  2. Who do you want to live with? If your mom can take care of you tell her. A judge may grant her custody if it is in your best interest. They will want to be sure you do well in school. 13 is normally the age they start considering when to ask but a judge will go by maturity level.
