  1. My oldest was the earliest in potty training, she was about 16 months.  She used to follow me into the bathroom and one day she wanted to sit on the toilet so I started putting her on, I tried just setting her on with her diaper still on but she would pull at it, imitating me (I don't pee with my undewear on) so I took the diaper off.  It took a couple of weeks but finally she did pee while sitting on the toilet.  I praised her and rewarded her and so she kept wanting to sit on the toilet, eventually she figure out that she was supposed to pee..

My middle child was a little over two and just came to me one day and said "toilet" so I put her on it...and the cycle began all over again.

My youngest was three, she used to follow one of her sisters into the bathroom and then one day she just up and went in by herself pulled off her diaper and sat on the toilet...and fell in.  but she did pee on the toilet.

  2. I started a little under two and it was my daughter that decided to do it first and wanted big girl panties.  Have fun with it and do not punish for accidents.  We still have accidents at night and she is 4 almost 5.

  3. I started potty training my son at two years. I gave him the pot and started using pull ups. When he started pulling them off and peeing in the corner I really knew it was time.

  4. I started potty training with my daughter around 18 months, but due to set backs (pwoer out for 3 weeks due to storm, moving, new baby) she isn't trained yet, shes 3 now. But it's going really well.

Some signs are that they get up from their naps dry, that they can walk, can talk to you, wanting to kno about the potty, not liking p**p in the daiper.

I'd just to stay away from the pull ups, I found they didn't help at all, they're just a costly diaper.

  5. i started at age 2,he was wanting to come and watch me use the bathroom,so i took that as a sign..he was potty trained in about 3 weeks..

Every one has told me its easy when the ghild is ready...

  6. Both my kids(girls) were trained by 18 months-

There were no signs- - I had there potty chair in the bathroom and read books and made a sticker chart. You have to find what is a good motivator-  make it fun. Lots of praise and lots of patients.
