  1. On and off from about 6 months, completely confident though with one at about 9 months.  I just put his formula in them and once in a while some juice.  He never looked back. :)

  2. Here is a great website. Check it out: http://parentspackage.org/

  3. Six months.  It was a NUK training cup which is much easier to use than a regular sippy cup.

  4. At 6 months with milk only. Then I started letting her drink water and juice from my glass unless we were out and about. She was a pro at the straw at 8 months. She can drink anything out of a regular cup at age 1. Yes we get spills sometimes. But I only give water unattended.

  5. My first 2 kids used sippy cups (no bottles at all) by the time they were 10 months old.

  6. I want to say around 7 or 8 months... but my son is now 3, so I cannot be perfectly sure.  I think it is around the time that they can sit up completely unsupported and are able to figure out how the cup works...

  7. I haven't had a baby, but I remember my little sister well. She was about 1 or 2. To wean my sister off the bottle was insane but we kept on trying and eventually she caught on.

  8. I start offering a sippy cup around 4 months and they are normally using it exclusively (no bottle at all) by 6-8 months.

  9. my son has begun drinking from a sippy cup, he's 9 months old, we introduced the cup to him when he was 7 months but he really didn't like it.

  10. At 6 months.  My son grabbed my cup and  I thought he wanted to just look at it because it was colorful.  Nope he grabbed the cup from me tilted it to his mouth and got a big swig.  So after that I introduced him to sippy cups during the day but I give him a bottle at night.
