  1. about 6 months

  2. While they have times of the year they are more fertile, rabbits ovulate on-demand, so they don't really have what we think of as estrus cycles.  A rabbit can get pregnant sometimes as early as 13 weeks of age (but obviously should not).  Full sexual maturity in a rabbit is at around 6 months of age.

  3. Rabbits have a different mechanism than the "cycle" you're thinking of.  They ovulate after mating, which is why it is wise to put the rabbits back together a few hours later to increase litter size.  Because of this, they can have several litters inside them at once, which is not good, so the female will often fight the male off if she's already pregnant.

You'll need to worry about a female being able to get pregnant around 4 months or so but it is not wise to even think about breeding until they are 6 months or older, depending on their size.
