At what age do males get the skin on the tip of their p***s removed or pushed back or whatever?

The f******n can usually be fully retracted ("pushed back") by the age of 10, however it is usually possible to pull it back from the age of 3.

If you are unable to retract the f******n by puberty because it is too tight to pull back, then it needs to be manually stretched to loosen it.

need no anesthesia

victim will never know what they are missing

victim can't fight back

victim can't sue, and the length of time would make it VERY difficult to when they turn 18

it's cheaper for the parents, but an easy $500+ for the hospital

Usually a circumcision is done on the second day after birth.  It is not a painful procedure as anesthetic is used to prevent any painful ordeal.  If the baby is not circumcised, one should not try to push the f******n back as it is adhered to the glans and that would be extremely painful.  The adhesions usually disappear between ages 2 and 4.  If they do not, then the doctor should be consulted.  But never under any circumstances try to push the f******n back if it doesn't want to retract.

Some boys/men get it done b/c they are having problems with infections, pain, or other problems with it.

If a guy is circumcised, it's usually done at birth (usually a day or two afterwards).  He can also be cut at any point in his life.

If he's uncut, he needs to be taught how to retract the f******n as soon as he's able to bathe himself.  Certainly, by the time he hits puberty, he needs to be retracting the f******n to clean the smegma under there.  Often, when puberty hits, the f******n kinda 'loosens' on it's own, but sometimes not.  He then has to slowly work it back until he can expose the head and the inner mucosa of the f******n in order to clean under there.

im 13 and still cant pull back the skin of my f******n back.  its normal until you reach 15 or 16, then it should pull back naturaly.  dont get a circumsion becuase its sirgury and you dont need it if youre still 15 or younger.
