i have a friend who's almost 18 and the only make up she wears is to her school formal.

the idea of make up is that it accents your features, so simplicity is the key.

but you don't have to do anything you don't want to. decent cosmetics cost a fortune, and if you don't need them or feel comfortable in them, don't wear them!

i'm 17 and don't wear make up.

honestly, teenagers don't need make up. youth is plenty beautiful enough.

teenagers and tweeners these days.. i've noticed there's a trend where everybody tries to look older than they actually are and make up helps that (not to mention it DOES enhance your features..) but it's really, really. not necessary. i think make up makes tweeners look like lil hoes

I was in middle school, 8th grade, so that would make me 13. I only wore eyeliner and mascara.

If you've got nice skin, dont wear too much make up.

Basic daytime make up consists of blush, mascara, eyeliner aong the top lid, and maybe a little shadow and gloss.

I think that at 12 it's ok to wear a little bit like lip gloss.  I didn't start wearing make up until high school.

  Girls look good without makeup.  Why use it at all.  Hookers wear a lot of makeup, do you want to look like them?  I have seen a lot of women that do not look good with makeup, but they don't feel comfortable without it.  For most girls it is a waste of money, makeup looks like war paint!  If you're not wearing makeup at 18, then you must be very confident that you don't need it.  Do you want red cheeks, don't cover them with powder, go outdoors more!
