I don't think there is an age for this except I do agree that under like 20 only because you are too young and not fully developed yet.

So in support of my answer that there is not really an age I think it has more to do when you understand your own body and find a good partner that you can openly communicate about s*x.

But understanding your body and what you want is to me the biggest factor.

I have always been good.

It gets better when you feel comfortable with the person you're with. You can talk and share what feels good and what doesn't. Can't really identify an age.  It depends on the other person and what we both were willing to do for each other.  When I am with a person I care about, it's great because it is not selfish.  It is about satisfying the other person as well as getting mine too.   At 31 yrs old, I think that I am great at it.  But, if I am not really into you, I won't give my all, so it won't be great.
