  1. i went to preschool when i was 5 and yes charging can go from 50 to 500 depends

  2. If I had a child, I would send him at five years old.  Many parents do not know that kindergarten in New York is optional.  Therefore it's considered preschool.  They don't charge me because kindergarten is FREE! Public schools in New York are REQUIRED to provide kindergarten to all children.  I don't want to send my child to preschool at 3 or 4 because they are just too young to start school.  I would rather spend quality time with them before they start school.  Is it really that necessary to have a couple of years before compulsory schooling? No! And besides kindergarten is enough to prepare children for first grade.  They don't need to go to school before kindergarten.  It's too much stress for them to handle.

  3. i am a preschool teacher and in my preschool the age limits are 2 1/2 to 5 years old. look around your town/community and talk to the teachers there, they could give you more advice on fee's and what not. but i do know that in my preschool there is a tuition fee, but its only because its a differnt kind of school (too long and a completly different subject) i also know that when i went to preschool i did not have to pay, i went to a public preschool and i didnt have a lot of money so i dont really know. she sounds like she is ready to me, and as she goes to the school the teachers will help in every aspect of her development and will warn you if she is not ready for kindergarden yet.

    good luck

  4. She will be going into Nursery School if she is three.  When she is 4 years old, she will be in pre-K.  It's very important to start children to be socialized early for regular school.  The cost of pre-school can vary depending on where you live and what type of program.  In my area, they charge anywhere from $2,500 per year to $15,000 per year.

  5. its free if you go into the public schools and they ussley start about age 5. or kindergarrten

but if you want her out of the house now then you will have to pay. (why don't you just teach her stuff at home intell she is ole enough to go to the public shool.)

  6. Depending upon your area and what type of school you want to send her to, will cause the price to vary.  You need to check with parents that have their child in a preschool currently and determine the best route to take.  Also calling around and touring various places can help narrow down your choices.  Typically children start preschool at ages 3-5 depending upon the parents preference.  It is your decision there is no righ tor wrong age to begin schooling your child.  Also check with your local school district, they may offer a preschool program for much less than your daycare/preschools.

  7. Age 3 or 4 is usually the age they attend preschool.

Check your local school district. Some districts have free preschool programs. If none are offered, you will have to pay...small town or rural preschools often (though not always) charge much less.

    Good luck.

  8. 3 or 4 is the normal age, but you don't have to send her. YES, they charge you.

  9. 3 is actually standard age and they charge around $45 dollars a day

  10. depends on how old you want to send your kid to kindergartend and you decide that by their ability in the simple things they do and how old you want them to be when they graduate from 8th grade and high school.

    make sure they're potty trained

  11. i have heard that in some school districts there is universal Pre K, and you pay for it in your taxes. in my district we don't have that unfortunately. my daughter's nursery school starts at age 3. she went last year twice a week (tuesdays and thursdays from 12:30-3pm) and i was charged $70.00 a month. this year she is in the 4 year old class. i chose to send her 2 days a week again so the cost is the same. next year she will not be allowed to begin kindergarden because her birthday is dec12 and a child must be 5 years old by december 1 to enter kindergarden. instead she will go to nursery school again in the "upper 4 and 5" class. she will go 4 times a week (9am-11:30am) and i will be charged $120.00 a month. i hope this answered your question. i love the nursery school, my daughter thinks it is so much fun. she is learning so much, as well as developing great social skills and problem solving.

  12. 4 is about the standard age.  And yes they charge you.

  13. We live in a NYC suburb. The local pre-K age is 4 years, and the cost is $1000 per month.

  14. eys 4 is the rite age to send 2 preskool and they charge you

PS>> can someone please answer my "help, justanswer, genitalsthing" question PLEASE thansk :(

  15. I would not send my child to any preschool, or kindergarten nor would I pay for such.

If the parents would like interaction with other parents, form a playgroup, or look for a  MOPS group in your area.

We send children of to be "schooled" way to early.

At such young ages they need their mom, and dad, time to play and grow at their own pace.

  16. 3

  17. Congratulations she has a really good start. I would reccomend pre-school any time now and you as a parent will recognise when your child is ready for primary school. And yes you are charged for it. These amounts will vary from place to place

                                 HOPE THIS HELPS,

                          HAPPY PRESCHOOL HUNTING
