At what age does a p3nis stop growing?

When did your p3nis stop growing if ure a guy? well im above average in length but a little bit below average in girth like 4.25 inches in thickness. what age does a p3nis stop growing on average. im turning 17 in 5 days.

Mine stopped growing at 19.  

I'm below average in length with a 5" girth.

on average around 21 or 22. sometimes as late as 25 and as early as 18.  Don't worry too much little dude, if you are above average in length the girth isn't important to the girls... unless its like a pencil... lol
