30-50 is midle age. from 50 onward is senior citizen, because, if you double the number  you cant posibly live that long.

In fact, I think the accepted cut off is 40, but some people consider it to be the age you experience mid life crisis.

every person is different!i am 42,i look 30 and h**l,i dont have "middle age"attitude,i still do stuff i enjoyed 20 yrs ago,but with more confidence and being more sure of myself,and i dont put up with BS like i wouldve at age 20
