At what age does youth end and middle age begin?

I've just turned 33 and fear i'm becoming middle aged...lol

i'm sure there's no exact number but i wonder about this too. i'm 42 and when i tell myself that it just sounds crazy, like....how can that be? so far by life just keeps getting better and better and i used to think of midlife being the high point then when i reach it its all down hill from there, fortunately i no longer tell myself that! the other day i heard a report about people their 80's and they say they are happier than they have ever been. i'm going to choose to go with that, sounds good to me!!!! one other funny thing, when i turned 40 that is when i finally felt "all grown up".
