  1. Start planning now. it takes awhile

  2. 15 1/2

  3. big party-14

    not so big party-15

i want to have a coed sleepover for my sweet 16. I'm 15 and 5 months so I'm gonna start planning in december probably

  4. Honestly, get over yourself it's just a birthday.

  5. 14 -15 but you could change ALOT in 2 years

  6. ...How about when it's closer to your 16th birthday? I planned mine 3 months before my birthday and I finished on time.

It just depends on what you want.

Plan a little at a time starting now, that way you have time to decide on what you want.

  7. 15. because your mind could change a lot in 2 years.

  8. Why would want to throw a party for yourself?  That's a bit pathetic, don't you think?

  9. I'm 14 and I am already planning it :]

    It's gonna be extravagant! :P

  10. 15 if you start planning now you could change your mind a lot

  11. you should start planning your sweet sixteen when your parents can actually afford one.My parents are middle class, not super rich, and I dont want them to spend that much money on a stupid party. In my opinion sweet 16 are only for rich s****. people who love to waste their parents money.I would rather GET money for my birthday not spend it.Especially when the best years of my life are when im 18+ not 16 and still in school.

  12. Wait a year or so.  I changed a lot over a year.  The site shows you like an actually time line if you are actually planning a party.

  13. i turned 16 a few months ago, and i didn't get a big party. i just had about 8 friends over, we had pizza and then went to the movies. it was a nice party and it didn't cost that much and i was fine with that, we're middle class and we can't afford to spend $10000 on a party like on MTV, and i DIDN'T get a car either, my dad and i share a car, but i take it to school almost everyday, so don't expect everything that you see on MTV.

but if you really want to, i would start saving now for your party and start planning at 15, but sometimes having 10 or 15 friends over is funner than having 40+ cause you actually get to talk to the people.

  14. You shouldn't start planning until you are 15.

  15. i would say a month before your birthday...

mine is in 3 months and i haven't even thought about it yet.

  16. Start planning now if you want. The earlier the better I suppose. However, don't make your invitations right now or your people list. You will gain and lose friends in two years. Also, about the actual party, don't be surprised if your taste changes and you want something compleatly different.

  17. 14 or 15 your choice please pick mine as the best answer please
