  1. 18 months old some food states the age on the bags or tins

  2. Honestly, it depends on the breed hun!

  3. yes give him half a cup of adult and pupie fof three more months and then give him adult

  4. It really depends if whether or not he's a miniature/toy category dog or not. If he is, you should really just continue with puppy chow food till' he's like two or three years old. if not a miniature, prolly around his first year.. like when he's a year and a half... then you can start giving him adult food. other than that, you should really just stick with puppy chow. ;]]

  5. If you mean kibble, then never. The sooner you switch to raw the healthier you dog will be. Check out this site! It is really cool.(Not mine though:(

  6. Well if your dog is getting fat move him off the puppy chow. Start at like 1 year.  And go to your local pet store and ask about Hollistic Blend foods. They are all natual and have no additives.  Most dog foods have a large amount of protein and since your dog isnt tugging a sled I dont think he's gonna need the high amount most dogs get.  This sometimes causes itchy skin, so I would go Hollistic when you make the switch.

  7. Start feeding him adult food now. You don't even need to feed puppy food, unless they are a dog that needs an extra boost.. He is fine to eat adult not.

  8. Yes, you can start feeding him dog food, it's probably best for him.

  9. About 3 years old.

  10. He's ok to eat adult food now.  But like one of the other answers mentioned, it does depend on the breed.

  11. when hes uno

  12. I think 1 year would be good, but start out with a small amont, and give him 2 dishs a day, one in the moring and one in the afternoon. Then give him more and more each month and when you give him alot, only give him one a day, i would suggest in the evening, and be sure to give him lots of water!!!

    Hope I Help!

  13. around a year.  you should mix the adult food with the puppy food and then about maybe a week switch him to adult food only.

  14. i would start adding adult food to his puppy food now and then within a week he should totally be off puppy food and be loving his adult food dont start when hes older as you will have big problems there are not enough calaries and energy etc in puppy food for a dog of that age

  15. Around a year.  But I started feeding my dog adult food when she was about 10-11 months.  She's 2 now and fine.  I got her from the pound, and they might have been feeding her adult food since she was born, but again she's fine.  So if you have been feeding your puppy adult food, I don't think she will die.  lol
