  1. 2 years old!  hence, the terrible 2's!  may GOD have mercy on you! lol.

  2. Toddler is 1 year to 2 years of age. (Usually after walking)

Preschooler is 2 years to 6 years.

This is defined from my child development textbook. They are only technical terms though. :)

  3. I hear most people say 2 or 3 but usually 3 =D

  4. usually 3 years old.

  5. 12 months old

  6. I say three. AT two, they are just learning....at 3 they can make more sense of things if they are normal....I wasn't...things still don't make sense to me...

  7. Simple! Look at the word "toddle" and its definition: "To walk with short, unsteady steps".

So as others have said, it is when they start walking, or toddling around, no matter their age!

Now when they stop being a toddler... now that isn't so clear cut!

  8. 2

  9. the age of a toddler is considered to be 2 years of age

  10. 18 months is the technical cutoff. but even at 2 they are still my babies.

  11. 3/4

  12. when they start walking

  13. i'd say when they start walking/running.. usually from 12-18 months in when they turn into a toddler as such..

  14. When they start walking with help or on their own. I consider children toddlers from the time they walk (or about 12 months) until about 4.

  15. usually until they turn 3.

  16. I considered my son a toddler when he started "toddling"/walking around 9 months!

I still consider him a toddler at 3.5 years!
