My daughter lives in Atlanta (age 24) and is having a chronic problem with her eyes that no specialist can figure out up to this point. She gets bumps on the underside of her eye lids so server, that they scratch the cornea like sand paper. At one time doctors were concerned that she might have perment eye damage. They have treated her eyes with steroids, drops for dry eyes and allergies. She says that her eyes never really seem to feel quite normal and they are always irritated. She does were contact lens because her vison is so poor, that she does not see as well with glasses. I am very concerned that her eyes are not getting the best medical attention they need to resolve her problem. Please help with any information that might be useful. Thank you.
