At what level do you get moonkin form in WoW? ?

i was reading up on them and they sound cool, i was wondernig what lvl you get them at

Druids don't get them at a certain level, it's a talent and it's located in Tier 7 of the Balance talent tree.

40 is the earliest level you can get moonkin form at but its in the talent tree balance

Level 40 if you have spent your talent points right.

If you invest all of your talent points (starting at lvl10) in the balance tree, you can get the form at lvl 40. Moonkin form brings a huge benefit in armor (400% of base armor) and makes the moonkin a formidible caster, Particularly in PvP. When you reach the highest levels, you ar granted Vengeance of Nature (again, trough the talent tree) that provides you with 3 treants who you can send to attack your enemy. The trees will all attack the same target at first, and strike one after the other, playing havoc with casters trying to get a spell off.

Additionally, Moonkin brings with it a 5% spell crit buff to all party members within 30 yards, which makes them welcome in instance play.

The additional spell benefits (reduced mana useage, some spells cannot be interupted, increased power of spells) make the moonkin a serious dps dealer, and with the increased armor, his survivability is much better than other casters.
