At what milege do i need to put my 08 kawasaki ninja 250 in for break in maintnence?

Ill give you some free advice...ride it out of the dealers lot, and give it h**l! for the first 20 miles run it through its gears, hard. The dealers tell you to "break it in"...its BS. Its been proven as well. You rings must seat at the proper place to get the most out of your motor, that wont happen if its nursed for 500 miles. Its a cold fact. I wish i could find the link to prove this, its online, cant be hard to find.

   The dealer only protecting their own butts, they dont want you crashing it before youve gotten to know it for starters, secondly, they prefer you nurse so the dang thing doesnt break, its basically untested, they dont want it back if it breaks that soon, its still under warranty for one, if you crashed it or broke it after a few thousand miles, its most likely on you.
