Hi, everyone! I'm going to Disney World on my honeymoon in August, and I can think of nothing else! I feel like a kid again, just counting down the days. :)

I went once when I was seven, and I had one of those moments when we first drove in sight of the Magic Kingdom and we saw huge balloons around Cinderella's Castle. I specifically remember a Miss Piggy balloon. I'll never forget it-- I was thrilled!

What I want to ask is, what did you see or do at Disney World that gave you the "magic" feeling? Feel free to share any pleasant Disney memories! Thanks!

  1. While i was waiting to go on Its a small World. I found a ginormous booger shaped like a star logded deep inside my nose.......it was cooooool

lol, sorry i was 7 years old....and thats all i pretty much remember.

  2. I always wanted to go to WDW, and I was 35 when I went for the first time.  My first 'magical moment' was on the path to Tomorrowland when I saw the Space Mountain building for the first time!  I was so excited I was actually hopping up & down!

    Have a great time!

    :o)

  3. The castle is always so magical for me and I was thrilled when I got to take my kids for the first time. It was so precious to see the look on their faces when they first saw the castle. It was a mix of awe and excitement. Of course, my daughter just wanted to run straight to it every time we were anywhere near the castle. One night we had a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table. It was great how Cinderella actually sat down and spent time with the kids instead of just smiling for the picture. She spent time and seemed interested in what my rambling 2 year old  had to say. My son was so excited when Cinderella gave him a kiss!

Overall, our whole vacation was magical and we can't wait for our next one!

  4. My first "magical moment " was when I five yrs old and I was standing in line to met bell from the movie beauty and the beast. And I was soooo happy that I remember that I almost cryed and I took like 2 or more pictures.

By the way congrats on your honeymoon !!!!

One more thing you're never to old to go to Disneyland .... sometimes when you're their you feel like a kid again.

  5. OMG! I always loved Disney jst fot th magic! They do so many things tht make u feel like ur in magic kingdom... rite... well, anyway, the second i enter thte big sign tht says Welcome to Disney World and has all the famous charracters around it, I feel like im 7 again! The shows through the day are so much fun, and the rides light up your heart! My favorite thing is that there is something for everyone. I dont care what i do; go to one of the four theme parks, hang out at the pool, go to downtown Disney, or go to Boardwalk, it is all so much fun! Now there is something that i kan do at every themepark; Animal Kingdom has Everest and Dinosaur, Magic Kingdom has Space mountain, Splash mountain, and thunder mountain, and all the kid rides (which i LOVE), EPCOT has Test Track and Mission space, and MGM studios has Tower of Terror, Aerosmith, and my FAVORITE show, Fantasmic! U got me all excited! I get to go next year, so YAY!
