Question:

At what point does a corporation become equivalent to a government from an individual perspective?

I would suggest that most people feel more influence from their job than from the government 'as such'!

A corporation, in diferentiation from working for yourself, provides bufferage and stability of income by sharing the reponsibility base over a lot of other individuals (hopefully through a competent managment system). To some extent, this is why companies spend so much time encouraging 'teamwork'.

At what point does a company become so large, from an individuals perspective, that they 'govern behaviour' to a level comparable or greater than a 'government'?

Additional points of interest.; At what point does a company become so large that it's influence on it's employees tends towards propoganda?

And; Can I suggest that there is irony in the fact that modern corporations tend very strongly to socialist ideology systems which is in direct oposition to a capalist ideology?

  1. Yes, corporations are like small monarchies in which the CEO is king.

Corporations are run by CEO only as the directives are usually rubber stamps.

Shareholders rarely have a saying on the direction of the company. And even when they decide something on a shareholders meeting, the law have concluded that the CEO does not need to do what they decided.

So basically the owners of the business are not the ones to have the last word. Which is contrary to capitalism.  The only way shareholders have control of their company is if one have 50% + 1 shares of the company. In bigger corporations is rare to find someone with more than 5% of the shares.

You see this in just about all mayor American company. CEO focusing on short term growing of share prices at the expense of long term growing of the company. This is done so that the CEO receives a bonus compensation in shares, which they sell the same day. CEO have a radical conflict of interests.

  2. Ever heard of "THE FREEMASONS"?

They are behind every big coorperation.

They are a cult of people who want to die and want to take us with them.

Gouverments these days have no real power.

They are controlled by a demonic cabal of German Jews.

    ROSCHILD WARBURG and SCHIFF.

ADOLF HITLER was SAMUEL ROTSCHILDS SON!

EVELYN ROTSCHILD is the LORD MAYOR of LONDON!

So Gouverment or Cooperation are all controlled by those "Luciferian" BANKSTER.

And the "FREEMASONS" are their SECRET Henchman.

In ALL Religion the "Freemasons" are the Devil.

They are free to even kill us (MI5, CIA, MOSSAD)

For "FREEMASONS" we are nothing bu cattle to he slaughter.

    It is very simple.

Da Vinci was a "FREEMASON" and they have a different vision then us because they are not from this planet.

    Proof?!

Take any picture from Da Vinci (best: "Battle of Anghiari").

Take it into Photoshop and copy and paste it TWICE into two Layers.

    Layer 2 make 50% transparent ==>Opacity = 50%

Now you can move Layer 2 with your Arrow Keys left or right.

You will see many strange Images, mostly scary creatures and Images of destruction, as well as the "Freemasons" square and Compass.

It works on many Levels and you should do this procedure with Images from the Times the Pope and the Queen.

    You will be amazed.

    How is this possible?

Because we see from left to right and with concenration you can superimpose in your mind, your "3rd" eye, the "Freemasons" eye, the eye of "Horus".

Don't beleive me, do it and you'll find the same!

  3. Interesting perspective. But I don't think size is the leading factor in the equation. I believe it is the profit income. At a minimum, a company regardless of size needs to be accommodating in the examples you give. As the profit income increases, upper management reap more if not all the benefits while the hourly employee's income and life style remains constant.

  4. From my perspective, if it has the profits / budget of a small country, then it might as well be a small country.  I think we're going to need increasing supranational bodies to deal with these huge TNCs - especially when it comes to Free Trade and Export Processing Zones - why should companies be allowed to break laws which the government themselves are not?  :-)
