At what point during pregnancy does your b*****s start leaking?

Ik 25wks+5. And I've heard it generally starts anywhere between wk 20.

Since its not happened yet, I'm just nervous it will happen in public or I won't notice it for a while.

I suppose it varies from woman to woman.

its a silly thing to fear really, as its natural to being pregnant. I'd still just like to be prepared.

Not every woman begins to leak colostrum during her pregnancy.  Colostrum production typically begins around the second trimester, but it doesn't always leak.  I have been pregnant 4 times and never leaked during my pregnancies, but went on to successfully breast feed all 4 of my babies, the youngest 2 until they self-weaned.  It is normal to begin leaking most anytime during your pregnancy, but most commonly during the second and third trimester.  It is also perfectly normal not to have leaking.  Every woman and every pregnancy is different.  Typically the leaking isn't too much, but if you find it begins to be quite a lot it only takes wearing a breast pad inside your bra to keep your clothes from getting a damp spot.  If you are terribly worried about it you can wear breast pads now and ease your concern.

It could start as soon as 20 weeks, but I wouldn't worry if it doesn't. But when in doubt ask your doc.

it will only be colostrum while you are pregnant and will leak mostly at night, you can buy breast pads that will help catch any leaks. The other time they might leak is when you and your partner are sexually active.. once your baby is born the milk will come in around the third day after, be prepared for the true meaning of 'engorgement'! when your due to feed your baby or sometimes even when you hear she/he is hungry they will most definitely leak then, i was like water pistols.

Dont worry that it hasnt started yet, it will and all will be fine once your baby arrives.
